On December 12, 2023, The UCLA Chancellor’s Council on the Arts and the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research & Creative Activities (ORCA) announced the 2023-24 Chancellor’s Arts Initiative. The purpose of the Chancellor’s Arts is to support UCLA faculty arts-based research, recognizing and supporting the value of creative activities in the arts for the university, Los Angeles communities and beyond.
