A federal judge has ruled that funding from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) that was suspended on July 31, 2025, must be restored to UCLA. The court issued this ruling in a class-action lawsuit filed several months ago by UC researchers. Our hope is that the agency will abide by the judge’s ruling. Principal Investigators will receive information as soon as we have confirmation of NIH funding being reinstated.
